Once you’ve made your choice, the property will be reserved exclusively for you for up to four weeks.
The purchase agreement is prepared by the developer and sent to you. At the same time, we review the financial requirements and address any open questions together.
The contract can be signed either in person in Northern Cyprus or, if you prefer, by power of attorney. We personally accompany you to the notary appointment.
After completion, we work with the developer to handle the land registry entry. Depending on the property, this step may take up to twelve months.
