Our Process

From the first consultation to ownership.

The path to owning property in Northern Cyprus is simpler than you might think. Thanks to our structured process, the entire purchase is clear, transparent, and reliable.

Initial Consultation

In a non-binding meeting (either in person or online), we discuss your preferences and present you with suitable property options.

Property Reservation

Once you’ve made your choice, the property will be reserved exclusively for you for up to four weeks.

Contract Review

The purchase agreement is prepared by the developer and sent to you. At the same time, we review the financial requirements and address any open questions together.

Notary Appointment

The contract can be signed either in person in Northern Cyprus or, if you prefer, by power of attorney. We personally accompany you to the notary appointment.

Land Registry Entry

After completion, we work with the developer to handle the land registry entry. Depending on the property, this step may take up to twelve months.
